What team do you support? Rangers
Best player played with and against? When I joined Thurso fc at 15/16 the team was full of top players. Michael & Brian gray, Lee Macdougal, mark Nichol, Nigel Mckenzie, gavin Bremner. I’d say Willie Steven & Jamie Mckenzie was the best I’ve played with. Alan ‘baba’ Sinclair has to be up there with the best I’ve played against. A brute of a man & he could play too imagine how good he would’ve been without his problems with injuries.
Best Football memory to date? Think for any amateur player winning Highland amateur cup is as good as it gets.
Who has the worst timekeeping in the squad? Jordan howden, tbf he spends all his time trying to hunt down his football bag from the weekend before
Who is laziest at training? James Murray when he turns up
Aims for this season 2023/24? Try to stay injury free for the rest of the season and get Thurso as high up the table as possible. A lot of young guys in our team playing north caley for their first time, so just to use my experience to help them improve as players.
Favourite food and drink? Thai food & beer
Favourite holiday destination? Iceland was ridiculous
If Vikings could sign any player in the world right now...who would you like to see us sign? Erling Haaland, think he would manage to score a few goals in the north Caley
